Sometimes our workstations lose their connection to the network group or something like that of the pulze manager service and shows [SERVICE] even when the other workstations sees them rendering fine. Restarting the manager on the offending workstation brings the correct status back.
I just remembered the new error reporting feature in the manager I’ll upload info there.
