You need to be able to change sun parameters when using DayLigth system 
and add sky parameters
I agree, Pulze needs to set both the Sun intensity and Time and Date together.
The last time I tried to use the Daylight, and set different times of day for different shots, the sun doesn’t turn on. Its a bit hit and miss.
