Depending on your current Scene Manager version it could happen that after starting the Scene Manager you will see one of these error messages in some cases:
This means that due to an error the Scene Manager is not able to start. These errors can happen for various reasons but most likely they will show up after a previous crash of 3ds Max.
To fix this problem please follow these steps:
- Close all running instances of 3ds Max
- Delete the content of C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\Pulze Scene Manager\Temp or for older versions C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Pulze
- Navigate to C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\ and delete all the folders that starts with Pulze-SceneManager
- Once you removed these folders start 3ds Max and your Scene Manager should be all good again
