Hello guys, I just updated to 3ds Max 2021 and the HDRI Quick Browser is not working, it keeps Loading Thumbnails forever. I’ve left loading 2-3 hours and nothing happens.

First of all please be sure that there are jpg versions next to the HDRIs in the folder. SM is only able to show the thumbnails which are in jpg format.
Please also give a try to hit the little “X” button at the left and add the folder again to your library.
