network interface

Render Manager Issues

Hello

I am trying to install the Render Manager tool on my node machine but I get this message when I try opening the render service :

Cant load network interface

I used to render using backburner before… network works fine…also already checked firewall and all the restrictions meant on the website… Im lost…

what should I do?
