OpenGL extensions failed: Windows 10 Pro Vs. Windows 8.1

I have 7 nodes on the farm that use Windows 10 Pro and 3 that use Windows 8.1. Only the win 8.1 nodes are rendering properly.

All others are failing saying “Initialize OpenGL extensions failed. This error is normally associated with the use of some Remote Desktop clients.”
