Problem adding new job with updated scene manager scenes

Hi, I don’t know if it is a scene manager issue or render manager issue but here it goes:

I have a Max project and have setup scene manager with 5 animation scenes
(scene A - E)
I have submitted this to render manager and is in process of rendering all 5 scenes.

meanwhile in Max I saved the project as v02 and added 2 new scenes (F and G)

Now submitting this Max project and selecting scene manager I still see the first 5 scenes.
the new scenes (F and G) are not visible in the list.

Is this a bug or user error?
I am running the latest beta of scene manager

okay, I figured out that when I save the file from the same computer as where the Render Manager is installed, the Render Manager does see all the scenes.
