Pulze Doesn't Like Certain Characters in Layer Names

I did a quick search to see if anyone else has logged this issue, but haven’t noticed it. Apologies if the dev team is aware.

We uncovered a small bug where it seems Scene Manager doesn’t like " or ’ as characters in a 3ds Max layer name. Once used in a layer name, Scene Manager refuses to turn layer visibility on/off, at the bare minimum; there may be other limitations we haven’t tested yet.
