Pulze Render Manager does not detect open Max session

Hi, as the title says, RM suddenly stopped recognizing open Max sessions to submit render jobs.

Any idea what is wrong?

Please make sure that the Render Manager Plugin for 3ds Max is installed. You can check it under the Nodes tab by opening your computers details. If it is missing then run the installer again, it will install the missing parts.

If the plugin is installed, then make sure you add 3dsmax.exe to the firewall exceptions, restart 3dsMax and see how it goes.
