Dear Belle,
First of all please check if it is already running. Render Manager is running in the background. To check it please go to the Windows tray (most of the cases the little arrow button at the bottom right corner) and look for the blac and white “P” icon. If it is there then you just have to click it and Render Manager will pop in front.
If it is not the case then please contact us directly at support@pulze.io and we gladly provide additional help.
