Scene management with 15 different materials, heavy meshes

Hi all,

I have a piece of furniture, animated in 10 different poses, about 20 camera’s, 10 mesh objects, and 15 materials.
Camera’s are setup, but I’m looking for the best way to move forward with all these materials.

The variants are ofc the perfect tool for it, but I’m guessing I need to copy all the geometry, which will kill me when a change order comes in.

Anyone has a suggestion for me? Thanks guys.

Depending how complex it all is you can animate a material modifier and set the different variants in a multisub object material.
