Just a quick note about the following warning message that some of you bumped into:
<string>:8: DeprecationWarning: the imp module is deprecated in favour of importlib; see the module’s documentation for alternative uses
The error is coming from a 3rd party 3ds Max plugin that is using a deprecated python library. None of the Render Manager components are using Python so the problem is not related to us. Render Manager is actively reading and parsing the log files from 3ds Max and it extracts all the warnings and errors to shows it on the user interface.
To our best knowledge the solution is to remove or update one of the following plugins: Chaos Cosmos, Poliigon, Megascan.
