Switching setup - camera switches in wrong viewport

Right now, when I’m switching between different setups, the camera switches in the active viewport, not necessarily the render viewport. What am I doing wrong? I have quad 4 locked as my render viewport. Is it possible to always change in that viewport instead of the currently active one?
