Windows 10 Unexpected Error 403

Within Windows 10, which several of our machines use, we receive Unexpected Error 403.
This happens under accounts with full admin rights and firewalls disabled.

This also happens with the latest beta version 2.5.8

I’m getting this too on one of my machines. Is there anything I can do to work around it?
